I am an Ofsted registered childminder and a member of the National Childminders Association (NCMA). I am a proud mother of 2 and enjoy the daily interaction with children of all ages.
I am married to Mark and have 2 lovely boys, Zac and Luke. I also have 2 step children, Ryan and Lauren (home with mum). We live in a detached house in a quite cul-de-sac on St johns estate (near to the train station and Colchester general hospital).
I am committed to the welfare and development of all the children in my care and will ensure that the environment the child enters will be safe, warm, friendly and mentally stimulating. As a childminder I adhere to the regulations under the children's act 1989 to meet the 14 national standards.
I have a pediatric first aid certificate, a child protection certificate and am currently doing ICP and cache level 2 in child care, learning and development and I’m due to study a diploma in home based childcare.
