I encourage children to be confident, independent and develop their own self-esteem. I organise activities to support the children's play and learning and to use their imagination, develop their language and mathematical thinking.
We often visit the toddler group, where the children can play with others of a similar age.
We have access to outdoor play in our enclosed garden with patio where the children can play with the ride-on's, climbing frame and enclosed trampoline.
Walks and outings are also a regular part
of our day with trips to the park and other
local attractions (weather permitting).
We also like indoor play including
cooking in the kitchen and crafts.
We also have a young Border Terrier pup,
Pippa. She is fantastic around children, although she is
never, ever left alone with them!!
Arrangements are made for quiet rest times or sleep for younger children.
